years of Retail, with exposure to Retail Merchandising and Visual ConceptsYou have experience supervising a team in a management capacityYou have strong leadership and organizational skillsYou have a get things done mindsetYou have strong written and verbal communication skills with a variety of stylesYou are a natural collaborator and are able to identify opportunities and take initiativeWillingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the businessESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSLift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequentlyBending/stooping/kneeling required - frequentlyClimbing ladders - occasionallyRoutine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours)Ability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends and holidays as neededMahalo (thank you) for your interest in Tommy Bahama!
